Training Times:

These are the main training times, however, in the off-season or as it gets colder, everyone will train together on the mens training sessions. It is essential to check with your coaches to make sure of the current training times for your squad.

Extra sessions can be scheduled depending on special events such as World Sprints, Hamilton Island, Gold Coast Cup and Molokai. Juniors training times are to be advised on receiving interested junior paddlers.
